1.2344 is a pressure resistant hot work die steel. 1.2344 mold steel hot processing specifications:
Ingot: The heating temperature is 1180~1200°C, the starting temperature is 1130~1150°C, the termination temperature is ≥850°C, and the pit is cold.
Billet: heating temperature 1120 ~ 1160 ° C, starting temperature 1070 ~ 1110 ° C, termination temperature ≥ 850 ° C, sand cold or slow cooling.
2344 die steel isothermal annealing specification:
Annealing temperature (850±10) °C, heat preservation for 2h, with furnace cooling to (720 ± 10) °C, heat preservation for 4h, furnace cooling to below 500 °C, air cooling, hardness ≤ 229HBW.
2344 mold steel high temperature tempering specification:
Tempering temperature (730±10) °C, heat preservation 2h, furnace cooling all ≤500 °C, air cooling.
2344 mold steel quenching and tempering specifications:
Quenching temperature 850 ~ 880 ° C, oil cooling, hardness 50 ~ 52HRC; tempering temperature 580 ~ 640 ° C, air-cooled, hardness 28 ~ 36HRC.
2344 mold steel pre-hardening treatment specifications:
Heating temperature 860 ~ 900 ° C, oil cooling, tempering temperature 570 ~ 70O ° C, air cooling, tempering hardness 28 ~ 35HRC.
